Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon

Terroir: blend of various terroirs from the south of France. Mediterranean climate.

Vinification: harvests during the coolest hours of the night in order to preserve the quality of the berries as much as possible. Elaboration at low temperature (14%) followed by aging on lees.

Ageing: In vats on fine lees protected from oxygen.

Tasting: lime yellow color, intense nose with citrus notes and lively and thirst-quenching mouthfeel with a mineral finish.

Food pairing: ideal for an aperitif, white fish dishes such as ceviche
