Description

Grape variety: 100% Grenache Noir

Terroir: Cuvée from our best vines in the foothills of the Corbières on red clay-limestone and limestone soils.

Vinification: Plot selection from old vines. Manual harvest. Traditional vinification with grain mutage. Maceration for 3 weeks, bottling 9 months after the harvest.

Tasting: Its color is adorned with a deep garnet. On the nose, the freshness of ripe cherries stands out. On the palate the wine is fleshy, generous and coated with tasty tannins.

Food and wine pairing: To be enjoyed on a soft chocolate cake with a raspberry coulis, black forest… can also be enjoyed with blue-veined cheeses. Serve at 12°C
