Terroir: blend of various terroirs from the south of France. Mediterranean climate.

Vinification: traditional in red at low temperature in order to preserve the fruity notes as much as possible.

Ageing: In stainless steel vats then in bottles in our cellar.

Tasting: deep ruby ​​red color, deep and vibrant nose, with notes of blackberry and crunchy blackcurrant. Supple and greedy attack. Tannins melted in the harmony of the wine where red fruit, liquorice and violet mingle. Mineral finish contributing to the balance of the wine.
