Grape variety: 100% Syrah

Terroir: blend of various terroirs from the south of France. Mediterranean climate.

Vinification: harvested during the coolest hours in order to preserve the quality of the berries as much as possible. Vinification combining tradition and new techniques in order to preserve freshness and fruitiness.

Ageing: In stainless steel vats then in bottles in our cellar.

Tasting: rose petal color, intense nose marked by notes of grenadine (redcurrant), on the palate this gourmet wine offers aromas of acid candies with red fruits with a tonic finish with aromas of grapefruit.

Food pairing: olive tapenade, zucchini fritters, grilled fish
