Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Terroir: blend of various terroirs from the south of France. Mediterranean climate.

Vinification: harvested during the coolest hours of the night in order to preserve the quality of the berries as much as possible. Elaboration at low temperature (14%) followed by aging on lees.

Ageing: In vats on fine lees protected from oxygen.

Tasting: yellow color with golden reflections, exotic nose marked by notes of fresh pineapple and coconut. On the palate, round wine with a nice freshness and a finish on the minerality.

Food and wine pairing: ideal for an aperitif, tartare or grilled fish, cheeses
