Sparkling White Sparkling wine

Grape variety: 60% Colombard and 40% Muscat petit grains

Terroir: blend of various terroirs from the south of France

Vinification: Very early night harvest to seek out the acidity and freshness of the grapes. The grapes are pressed away from oxygen in order to preserve the aromas as much as possible. Fermented at very low temperature. The fermentation is incomplete in order to preserve the natural sugars of the grape. Carbonation takes place at the time of bottling.

Tasting: golden color with green reflections, nose with exotic aromas (lychee, grapefruit and honeysuckle), particularly aromatic, lively and floral wine on the palate accompanied by a delicate effervescence. Low alcohol content: 5%.

Food and wine pairing: To be served very chilled almost “frappé” in flutes and can be enjoyed for any occasion, aperitifs or fruit-based desserts.
