Wine Or-Ange
€12.50 TTC
White grape varieties worked like reds: Chardonnay, Viognier, Gewurztraminer
Treated in orange wines, they develop an unsuspected finesse and tonicity.
Vinification:The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity to obtain juicy and expressive fruit.
Orange wine is a macerated white wine. For vinification, the musts of the white grapes were left in contact for a few days with the skins, seeds and stalks. This type of vinification undeniably gives freshness and consistency to the grape varieties. Aging continues for a few months on fine lees in stainless steel vats before bottling at the start of the year.
Tasting:Light gold colour. On the nose and on the palate, this wine presents an atypical aromatic register: black tea, light spices, gingerbread, honey, candied citrus fruits, orange zest. Very light tannins that leave an impression of freshness, subtle acidity
Food and wine pairing: Served chilled (10-12°C) – it can be served as an aperitif with a tapas platter, or during a Mediterranean meal or even cooking spicy
